In accordance with FZ RF #148-FZ dated 22 July 2008, OOO TurboEnergy & Service was issued its Confirmation allowing it to perform operations that have direct impact on safety at capital construction project sites.Confirmation Document (#25) was issued by the Noncommercial Partnership ‘United Builders of Fuel-Energy Complex Projects NEFTEGAZSTROI-ALLIANCE’. OOO TurboEnergy & Service is a member of this self-regulating organization. |

OPERATION OF THE PERM TGK-9 TETS-13 GASTURBINE CHP INSTALLATION |

The new gasturbine CHP installation has come online at the Perm TETS-13 facility belonging to TGK-9, the URAL GENERATION Division of KES-Holding. The gasturbine CHP installation is based on the GTES-16PA genset that has been developed and manufactured by OAO Aviadvigatel. A TAKAT-9-13-33,5 screw compressor package manufactured by OAO Kazancompressormash, is also part of this facility.OOO TurboEnergy & Service personnel were responsible for the installation and commissioning of the facility’s electrical and compression equipment.At present, OOO TurboEnergy & Service has a long term maintenance and operations contract with TGK-9 focusing on the compressor package. |

For the past three years, OOO TurboEnergy & Service has been providing maintenance and operations support for GTES-4 gensets belonging to OOO Gasprom Transneft Ekaterinburg at its Maloistosky LPU facility, the GTES-4, #2 installation in Sysert’, as well as a GTES-4 installation at a stone quarry/operation in Aramil’. In April 2010, as a participant in an open tender announced by OOO Gasprom Transgas Ekaterinburg, OOO TurboEnergy & Service was once again selected as the Maintenance & Operations Contractor to provide technical support services for the Moloistosky LPU facility. |

The Russian Division of Bureau Veritas conducted its certification audit of OOO TurboEnergy & Service management systems during the first quarter of 2010.As a result of the audit, OOO TurboEnergy & Service’s management system was reviewed and was certified as conforming to ISO9001:2008 AND OHSAS 18001:2007 standards. Certificates reflecting this fact were issued. |
